Questions parents ask
How do I pay?
Lessons are paid directly at the center. Each month we count the lessons your child had and send you an invoice. There's no online payment in the app.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works in your phone's browser — no app to install.
Can I change or cancel a weekly lesson?
Yes. On your child's page tap Cancel next to the lesson, then book a new day or time. Past lesson notes are kept.
Who can see my child's lesson notes?
Only you, your child's tutors and the center's office.
How long is a lesson?
Every lesson is 1 hour, at the same time each week.
